We are an established UK private equity/investment firm with presence in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Hungary, primarily targeting small management buy-outs and growth investment in ambitious companies with growth potential.
We own our business and personally invest in companies, alongside our funds, meaning we have a personal stake in the success of the businesses and teams in which we invest.
We have worked together as a team for many years and built up a network of chairmen, non-executives and industry specialists – who recognise the quality of the businesses and teams we back and are keen to share their experience with our portfolio companies.
